How our laundry service works:
1. Simply purchase this item and pay online by card.
2. We will be in contact with you by email or telephone to arrange a convenient date for you to bring in your items.
3. You put your items into a bag then clearly mark your bag with your last name and drop your items to us on the pre-arranged date.
4. We will wash and take care of your items and contact you as soon as they are ready for you to collect.

| Turnaround | We have a guaranteed turnaround time of 10 working days. Aberhall reserve the right to inspect the provide an alternative time frame where unusual circumstances arise. i.e. large quantity of items provided by the client. |

| Item Collection | Washed items must be collected within 30 days of the customer being notified of completion. All items remaining with us after 30 days without communication from the customer will see their items recycled or donated. |
| Validity | You must ensure that you arrange the booking of your items within 30 days of purchasing this service. |
| Damage | Aberhall Equestrian is not liable for any damage caused whatsoever to any customer items. The customer must ensure that the product is fit for washing and is free from any damage or defect prior to dropping off. Aberhall Equestrian reserve the right to refuse the washing of any product if we feel your items could become further damaged by the washing process. |
| Refunds | You can change your mind within 14 days of purchasing this item to qualify for a full refund provided that you have not utilised the services provided. No refunds will be made after 14 days. |
