Our gift cards are a great way to create a balance that can be used as payment towards any future session, hire or event.
You can use the card options to choose your design and even have your card delivered to yourself or chosen recipient on a specific day, or simply purchase for immediate delivery.
All gift cards are available for digital delivery by email and are valid for 6 months.

| Use of Multiple Cards | Only one gift card can be used per booking. |
| Gift Card Issue | Gift cards are fully electronic and shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase. |
| Redemption | Gift cards can be redeemed by phone, by email or from our online booking’s portal immediately after purchase. Redemption details are provided on the gift card email to you or your chosen recipient. Use of your gift cards can only be done in advance and not face to face. |
| Refunds | Once a gift card has been purchased, it can be refunded without any quibble within 14 days (including weekends and bank holidays). No change or credit is given in the event that the card value exceeds the total cost of the session. For example where £25 is paid using a £30 gift card, the remaining £5 balance will remain on the card until it expires. However, the gift card can be topped up. |
| Monetary Values | Gift cards can be used for part or full payment of your chosen session. If the session cost exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking or by topping up the gift card. Once a gift card expires (within 6 months of having no activity) the gift card's code will become invalid and can no longer be used. Gift card values are exact at the time of purchase. |
| Event Gift Cards | We may run promotional 'event' gift cards for a specific purpose, for example, Arena Hire gift cards. These will be clearly labelled at time of purchase. In any such case, these cards may only be used specifically for the purpose stated on the card and cannot be used as credit against other events, hire or sessions otherwise indicated on the card. |
| Availability | Aberhall Equestrian does not guarantee that spaces will be available for your session with us. Spaces are only secured once a session has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. |
| Transfer | Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. |
| Lost Cards | If you have lost your email containing the gift card code, we can resend the confirmation email to you by contacting us at no cost to you. – However, we can only reissue a gift card to the email address provided at the original point of sale. |
| Use of promotional codes | Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers. |
